Well, I led all my exp as a druid/tarma few years ago 
If you wish to lead -
reinc to plain tarma and I guarantee that with suitable tank combo (dunno what
is the ROCK today, 3x tank 1x psi + tarma or 2x offtank + tarma whatever) and
you'll get exp. The point is - if you wish to do something you have to do it
yourself (= lead the party to get results)
