WTF is this goddamn crap, when I login I get a message "your race was tuned,
do you want a free reinc?" but absolutely _no_ explanation what was tuned, and
no possibility to read news and then decide. I tried to "@news read" and after
reading about the tune, decided not to decide, instead to go ld, and when I
came back now - no free reinc). This makes me say: not funny, no wait.. it
was: sucksucksucksucksucksuck up yours! WHINE! me whine bad! booo
