Since barbarians get +dam/+hit to their shrunken skull necklace when they do
quests, I thought it'd be a nice idea if the short desc of the necklace would
change into a more bombastic one each time this happens. Think of military
insignia, like Iron Cross with Oak Leaves and Diamonds. In this case something
like "A shrunken skull necklace decorated with talons, fangs and beads" would
be equivalent.
