I think the important stuff is pretty well covered, but here's some random
thoughts about some issues:

- Damage balance. I do not know whether the much rumoured military bg and/or
the upcoming "real" archer eq will have a (significant) effect on how powerful
the guild will be when fully opened, but for now it seems that lowbie archers
suck too much and highlevel ones rock too much. I suppose this isn't anything
new in any bat guilds, but I guess some minor checking on the crucial skills
and damage formulas might come in handy. Yeah, I realize that not everyone can
make such barsoomian reinc with skills maxed and all that jazz, but still some
finetuning could be done to both high and low ends of the skills.

Also, it seemed that dex didn't really have that big effect on damage that I
would've hoped (at least when I tested it in the beginning of our testing
period), or does it simply cap since I have rather high naked dex already?

- Is there going to be a way to clear your archer boons? Maybe it could cost
something, part of quests for example.

- I haven't tested how well does the shield boon work, but at least without it
seems a bit exaggerated that small shields block so big part of arrows. Large
shields I understand, but could you take a look at the effect of shield size?

- More quests and boons would be fun, but since my head has been pretty empty
for last days I'm afraid I don't have any more ideas to offer right now I'm
sure you have ideas of your own, and they can probably be added later on as
well if needed?

Well, some quick thoughts here, I'll write some more before monday if I figure
