There is something very wrong with the leadership system. It seems that it
isn't a problem to get leads with around 10 druid levels. Yes _10_. Max levels
in guild should be a minimum requirement for any kind of leads. If the only
factor in leads is amount of spells cast I don't see what it has to do with
leading.
