Suggestion time again:

1. For those merchants that have completed the entire belt quest, in addition
to the new rank which is granted, could we have <name> is a Master Merchant
added to our "finger"? This is not unlike what you see in several other
guilds.

2.A suggestion for insider trading: Have the commissions paid on the two
exchanges be based on your insider trading skill. Have non-guild members pay
additional on top of this (except alchemists who would pay at the 0% skill
rate).

3. The lumberjacking skill is imo a way to efficient (ep-wise) way of
obtaining raw materials. With an 8 log tree you can obtain 200+ kg of wood
for only 75ep. I would propose a modification to the ep cost of this skill.
Have the skill cost 15ep + 20 ep per log obtained. This results in the same
ep cost for a 3 log tree, a bit of a break when cutting down smaller trees, in
an increase of the ep cost for very large trees. In a way, it makes sense
since one would think it takes more effort to cut down a larger tree.

4. I find amalgamation of huge quantities of wood and subsequent refining of
the huge pieces to be a fair bit too ep efficient, especially if you have the
resources to rapidly recover ep. I think the ep cost for the actual
amalgamation is probably okay, it is the cheap refining cost of the resulting
huge piece of material that seems unreasonable. I would suggest the either:
* The ep cost for refining be dependant on the size of the piece being
refined. Makes sense since it is not unreasonable to expect it to take long
to refine a larger quantity of material. I would propose that ep cost be set
at 10ep + 5 * SQRT(material weight in kg/3). This would make a 75kg piece
have the same ep cost as the currently (25). Have a 1kg chunk have an ep cost
of 15 and a 1200 kg chunk have an ep cost of 110.
* Have the efficiency (material lost) of the skill depend on weight. Lighter
nuggets would lose a lower %age of the total material weight with each refine.
* Have larger materials improve in quality less with each refine attempt.

Just some stuff to think about,

Dwilgar
