I'd like to be able to buy reinc exp back for cash/tps or make those partial
restore potions work again?
i wonder why were those even tuned not to work?
price for that potion could be higher maybe 500k-1m?
or make it so that potions would give less than 1/3 like they used to?

races when reincing, rather than the old system where we only got a limited
choice. We'll never get back the restore potions because of bugs that caused
the exp lost in reinc number to bug, it's been reset at least once afaik.
I kind of liked the old system better too, I'm sure more than a few players
would like the old random race list back as well, but those days are gone the
way of the mystical navigators.
