Remove _any_ exp bonus system from players with more than 100m. Point being
people with 100m+ exp really don't need extra exp gifted to them on a plate.
People have too much exp right this second without handouts :P

I'm not sure what you mean by "people have too much exp" ? Relative to what?
Relative to you, I think that is not true for most everyone else. And
besides, why 100m? what is special at that number of exp... but still you
might be right, the exp bonus perhaps should taper off at some point. I am
not sure when though, also I am not sure it is a good idea. I'll let you play
test it for a little while and then let us know how it worked out.
