Okay, in my naivety I thought total exp had something to do with the number of
friends you could have on your friends list. I've been told that it actually
has something to do with your level. Either way, it's annoying that I can't
add more friends to my list during reinc.

Now please everything, stfu and stop asking fucking stupid questions; I would
have thought it was fairly clear what I was getting at.
