Everytime i use ferry I should get 1% cheaper forever, at 100% it should be
50% cheaper until reinc, or some ferry user rep system, perhaps even a moronic
rank! Ferry is expensive for those of us who have ship sunk by rocker and
won't bother to reclaim it since salvage is too expensive
