Got this probably ripoff idea, that one might get bonuses to skills through
certain quests, people in towns/villages/areas would give you some random
quests and succeeding in them would give you possibility to get skills over
100% or gain more some other minor bonuses to 'em. Mostly one would gain like
5%, fire building etc or some unique skills like breath water etc...
