As minotaurs have horns they can't wear anything in head slot.. I was thinking
maybe tinmens could walk around without losing any eps.. Or, maybe, just
maybe, allow minotaurs to wear head-gear too, since one slot in this minmax
mud really makes the difference.

I really can't understand how these two things relate to each other, but i do
agree minotaurs should be able to wear something on their head. I don't know
if anyone have proposed this earlier but here it is anyway: Divide head into
two different slots. Head and face. Masks, visors, glasses, noserings etc
would use face slot, hoods, crowns, caps etc would use head slot and stuff
like full helms would use both.
