Could the level limit on channels be removed? Example: I've just reinced, but
want to do nubu quests under lvl 10 and need a tank for them. Bugger, I can't
use any of my ss channels and neither can i use the wanted channel. So
instead, why not make it totals-related, like posting news is? Say, some kind
of 250k or similar minimum. Thanks.
