Currently, <channel> last just lists a timestamp in hour/min format...could we
get a few mods to this:
* Timestamps in local time display.
* (optional?) date stamps as well...some channels dont get conversation very
often.
I imagine the timestamps are currently just printed into some sort of round
robin file...perhaps they they could be stored in unix time format with a
delimeter (tab/something) and then parsed at display time?
