Why are Civ-Tanks penalized compared to nomads (and relig tanks) for guild
trainers, surely in the civilized world there is more than one person who can
teach?

I think that an interesting option would be for another member of your guild
to be able to train you wherever you meet. To me it would make sense for:
Sabres – True posers, hey let me teach you how to do xxxx as I’m so much
better than you.
Knights – Always willing to assist a noble member is good standing with the
appropriate reputation.
Bards – Let me tell you a story about my prowess in xxxx (must have campfire
and alcohol present).
Squires – Can only be taught by knights.

Civ-Fighters could train by entering any place that serves alcohol and typing
pick fight.
