How about if a person is going to be banned for pkilling, robotting etc.
He/she would be put in batcity prison. There the prisoner couldn't talk
to channels but, just listen to them. He couldn't use tells, but if
someone would come to visit him or her, they could talk, and of course
just a limited time.
