Well I had a peculiar idea on the hole reinc thing. How about an event which
would grant everyone chance to reinc quite cheaply lets say some 1% tax, but
the catch would be that you would be locked in to random amount of choices
only one background and to 3-5 races. Even this would be nice change for us
who want to reinc, and sometimes dont really care into which we reinc into:D
