Was wondering if the "recall" function or however it works now with the newbie
crystals could be level increased to lvl 30 or 35 now. With the advent of
explore exp and exp pool , i see a lot more few hr old lvl 30 guys who have no
idea how to get around and are asking for summons quite often on noobie
channel.
