Could someone please look into the racial attack skill progression.

In the time that it was gone from 50 to 62 % I have gained aproximately 30M
and my mount has increased from shakey zebra to fuluctuating wyvern.

I keep getting notifications that the skill is improving (which i know doesn't
mean your suposed to get a skill point) but from what i am hearing from other
players the time it takes to raise the skill seems extremely long (at least
with respect to other reps, levels, and etc.

One play told me that he had earned 400M in a racial skill and only had 70% (I
can not confirm this but if it is true...)

I would suggest some thing like the way levels are structured the last 10% is
a pain in the @$$ not the entire scope of the skill.
