Could it be too much to ask for monsters to drop some random pendants that
could reduce reinc costs like -20 - -50% to normal costs. These could be added
just like those arthas runes. Would be just so that only some HIGH lvl monster
would drop em maybe? I just feel like this being silly that there is nothing
to recude reinc costs.
