New skill: Will of faith - Increases the effectiveness of willpower.
Effect: Spells like unpain and unstun (and maybe others) will last longer
before deteriorating on a templar. With 100% unpain's hpmax boost might even
last until the spell's durataion. Similiarly, unstun would have a chance of
not needing refreshed after it gets used each time.
