There seems to be only one heart beat race for tanking Demon. Would be be too
much to ask to add heart beat to some non-rebirth tank races. Probably wouldnt
make us rock too much over casters who have several races with heart beat.

I think Troll should get this (regeneration) if that is the case being made.
