I suggest designating laenor to be newbie only during blood bath, everyone
over level 50 will be randomly banished and leaves a marker they can teleport
back after blood both (unless they are killed during it). Navigator spells and
blood ball should work inside laenor and outside it but not through it. And
there should be 2 awards given for newbie area and outside it.

because it is entirely too easy for newbie to win bloodbath (if u know how)
and a lot easier for a newbie to lose, this should balance it out
