now that some wizard with no clue about the game tweaked with shadow focus,
you could review race's spr and add some 20-30 to it to be on equal scale
level with other races, and propably could use some boost to int and wis also.
You could also learn to use news to inform about such tunes and offer free
reincs for cludging a race to be duergar/leech equal, kk thx

not it doesnt, maybe it wasnt tuned then, just this one item is coded hmmm,
