Could the reinc tax be a sliding scale to 0? Could be exponential too. 1 month
-> 2% insta. 1 year -> 0% insta. Not sure why tax shouldn't drop off
completely after 1-2 year.

why not let it drop to -5%, so you gain exp on a reinc if you've left it soo
long :)

How about not asking uptune for yourself? I might just suggest that people who
dont reinc for 6months should get penalty for staying in guild so long.
