why is ranger guild considered a newbie guild. Most nomand races only have
80ish skillmax with rather high skill-cost. As a minotaur (which the highest
skills max you can get beside trolls with water and light allergy) , it takes
35million to get all minimaly essential skills to 80%. 104million to 95%.
204million to 100%. That is not very newbie friendly at all.

with a good fire at 12-14 extra tick and great 200-300 hp camping, it still
takes about 10 minute to fully regen all hp. having to wait 10 minute after
two or three kills is just waaay to.... wrong.

Not commenting to rangers being too expensive exp-wise, but about ranger
camping, fire & regen.
You would need to give some insane camping bonuses and/or regen bonuses for
rangers to be able to compete with better solo guilds. Nomad backround just
sucks at solo.
Even if you double hpr of nomad, they would still lose to hybrid that uses
clw, yet even better heals.
And improving camping and fire would have some balance issues at partying..
