Personally I dont think offtanks are that out of tune. I havent played a lot
recently but I've played 2 "non stun" offtank guilds, reaver and liberator and
I still do decent rates with a party of fellow non-stunners. Admittedly I do
more damage than the average offtank around here, with better gear/totals etc,
but still making exp is more than manageable. Main problem i see with "non
stunner" offtank parties is that the mobs actually hit back so you need a
healer that actually is paying attention and has some spr....both things that
are a bit rare around here sometimes.

another thing that would be nice is for the stunner guilds barb and tiger to
get some tunes so that they would be more than just useful in offtank exp
parties...supposedly dralith is working on the tiger guild but that is "2
weeks" away and no one is really doing anything on the barb guild.....the
other non-stun guilds all have extra shit they add to parties or to buff
themselves really.
