I have an idea about the charging for esiris. Unfortunately I don't
expect the charges will be rescinded, therefore I'm proposing this.
Let us buy a 'portal pass' or so, from an office in esiris, make it cos
something like 10k for a daypass or 50k for one thats good for a week.
The pass would not be an autoload item, but some sort of ticket you carry
with you as you use the portals. The pass would be unlimited use for
the duration it is valid for. I still think charging to use the
esiris portals is horrible, but to my way of thinking this makes
it slightly less horrible.
