Some times it would be handy, easier, whatnot, if items on ground could be
targetted with numbers.

I'm carrying an item 'ring' with me. I enter a room with 'ring' on ground.
'look at ring' and 'look at ring 1' targets the 'ring' with me, but 'look at
ring 2' targets nothing. 'look at ring on ground' gets the ground target.

There might be a good reason why this handles like this, so I don't mind if
someone enlightens me.
