Highbie channel is something of a joke atm, there are over 300 people who
qualify for it. I was thinking instead of 100m xp worth to qualify for it,
why not top 100 on plaque? Makes a little more sense.
Either that or remove it like alert.

The limit is now ~top100 from exp plaque. Rebirth exp is counted.
