In random reinc you randomly pick your background and race. The benefit is
reduced exp reinctax.

1) When you reinc there is an option where you can pick "random reinc". You
still pick instant, fast, normal and slow reincmethod etc...

2) Background:
System randomly selects two backgrounds for you to choose from. If you are not
satisfied, you can select REROLL and the system randomly selects you two new
backgrounds to choose from. You can REROLL only once.

3) Race:
Races are divided into three classes based on spell point regeneration.
* Class1 contains races with very slow and slow spr regeneration.
* Class2 contains races with average spr regeneration.
* Class3 contains races with fast and very fast spr regeneration.

For each class the system randomly selects you one race belonging to that
race. E.g. your options could be: class1 = giant, class2 = hobbit and class3 =
merfolk. From these you can pick any race.

If you are not satisfied, you can select REROLL and the system randomly
selects you a new race for each class. You can REROLL only once.
