Could the reinc unfreeze potion cost (currently 1M gold) tuned to something
that actually matters... Like maybe some sort of total experience based cost.
For example 1M gold for anyone below 100 million totals but I'd like to see
the cost for people like me (2G+) being somewhere in the 5-10 M gold range so
it actually might have some affect in preventing excess reincing.
