I think a help ideas help file would be good.

What it is: A help file that outlines Gore's last post, plus maybe a few more
things along similar lines. It would tell newbies of the proper way to
present ideas to wizzes/archs.

Why: It sounds a bit lame, but the general guidelines could be pointed to
everytime someone seriously violates the general guidelines. I.E., Bob the
Wolfman wants to lick his balls, so he says "I want a fucking balllick
command" and leaves it at that. Instead of everyone flaming him, and spamming
channels and getting upset, we could just say "help ideas, you moron" and
leave it at that.

It might take a while, but eventually everyone would grow to love and embrace
the proper ideas-wanted format, and batmud would be one big happy flowery
place again.
