Duck float and Merfolk practically live in water, so now those races are able
to camp in water too.

Ents and penuins breathe air and do not float. So they will drown in deep
water. I didn't have the energy to take water level into account, and besides,
I don't think those races need that uptune.

Undeads don't breathe air, but I don't think they would find it comfortable
sleeping underwater. I just made the changes for those races whose actual
habitat are in water.. for now.
