I will sell this rather unique item from Ulath's superb trivia, here's the
description from Ulath himself:
"Ok. So, the prize is a sellable golden note, which is basically an IOU from
me. It allows you to bind a single item, ANY item, to yourself, resulting in
maximum condition, but on the downside, the item (if an piece of EQ) becomes
usable by the person alone. It also has an best-by date, which is currently
set at the end of September of 2007."
Offers in cash and items that don't fall apart without name before the end of
July with tells/mudmail. I will reserve the right to give items value in money
to rank offers (just so you know, an awemax torsomaker would count as ~15M).
Current standing offer is 10M.
