After careful consideration, Ruuben Borpsunkalopsos, has decided to pack up
and move to the other side of the city. According to the disgruntled
shopkeeper, "Business has been really slow since the move and the mixup." He
also mentioned several times that his customers just weren't happy.
The City Armoury is henceforth closer to the City Smithy (a little east of
it). Guards and maps will give better directions after boot.
