The Arelium forts set up around the coast of Furnachia now have armouries, and
are looking for supplies to fill them. While these shops are open to all,
certain players trusted by the government of Arelium will be allowed to sell
more supplies there, and at higher prices, than the general public.

Further upgrades to the forts will become available if/when they get a decent
quantity of supplies.
