For a long time now, you were supposed to be allergic to light, but alas the
code used for that was broken. So now, since we feel that drows shouldn't turn
into burnt marshmallows in the light you will instead get half stats. (Time to
go buy some nullium or something).

Oops, the penalty won't actually be half, it'll be a bit less. Effective at
boot or maybe even quit real/re-enter.
