MINUTES

1) The council unanimously decided that the council shall not make requests
for rewards or prizes of any kind for their work

2) The council unanimously decided that it will decide which matters to handle
via a private news group wherein the proposed matters are posted

3) The council unanimously that informing the mortal and wizard population
about the decisions is done via inform and updates newsgroups

4) The council unanimously decided that 7 days forewarning is given to all
council members prior to handling any subject

5) The council noted that it does not have the power to directly order any
wizards to do any tasks

6) The council unanimously that voting on matters happens openly on the
private council channel

7) The council agreed that the average rate for meetings is 1-2 per month

The council unanimously agreed that a member can request that a certain
matter is postponed forward by one meeting (in cases where the member knows
for sure he is not present). This right can be used only once per member per
subject.
