A few clarifications;
the tune evasion for newbies applies to players below level 30 and less than
500k experience. The tune they get is the the 'unmodified' monster experience;
in other words, more or less in the 'lower end' of 'a lot of experience'.
Crimsons and kharims are currently not unable to join the other guild upon
joining the other. This will be possible in the future.
