Due to my head being made of wood, I failed to see that the who-data is
updated not on executing the command, but on login. Thus the newbie-flag in
the who-command never made it into the data unless I compiled the command.
And because testing includes lots of compiling I never noticed that anything
was wrong. Now it should update properly.
