Since you no longer get to play with torches, I added a new guild quest -
winning the forest fire event, you goody two-shoes treehuggers! If Ens has
time to add it to the forest fire server before boot, it's active at boot. IF
not, it's active two boots from now. The quest is worth 2 ranger guild quest
points.
