The cash is now taken from bank account if you do not have enough gold with
you. Portals will not cost any gold if you have spent 5 minutes in Esiris (as
it is without the quests aswell) If you stay in Esiris, the cost gets a
discount for every heartbeat you stay there (up to the 5minutes when it
becomes free.) The messages now tell you how much the cost was / is. report
any odd behavior.
