You can now toss things overboard a ship with similar syntaxes as handling
get/put/etc...
Ex:
'toss all overboard'
'toss noeq overboard'
'toss all torch overboard'
'toss femko overboard' (not really, you need to use the plank)
etc...
Effective at dock/summon (respawn in the case of NPC ship decks)
