Our benevolent, Tarmalen-worshipping friend, Theresa, who helps players by
raising them when no player bothers or is unidle enough, has received some
helpful changes:

1) Theresa now has a queue, so several people can accept rais/ress from her,
and they will be raised in order. When accepting, you will be told how long
(approximately) the waiting time is, including the time in queue.

2) You can now 'tell theresa help' (other keywords are 'status' and 'queue'
for now), to receive helpful information.

3) 'tell theresa queue' will inform you about whether or not there is a queue,
and how many people are there waiting.

4) If you have accepted rais/ress from Theresa, 'tell theresa status' will
tell your current status and waiting time.

Report bugs/issues to me, either via bug command or tell if I happen to be
unidle.
