LQ13 - Kitty has been recoded. The kitty is now actual npc that
roams the streets of Arelium. Kitty will start to follow you if
you pet/pat it. Leading kitty back to the girl will complete
the quest.
Both kitty/girl are unkillable and unattackable. They always stay
on streets. Completing the quest first time is rewarded with 10k
gold. Upon completion both kitty and girl are instatly popped at
random location in Arelium.
