So here is the effect you get from the March Madness event (not in any way
connected to minesweeper):
-- if you voted for the winner TWICE AS OFTEN (or more) as you voted for the
loser, you get the damage boost to all monsters.
-- if you voted for the loser TWICE AS OFTEN (or more) as you voted for the
winner, you get the damage reduction from all sources.
-- everyone else gets bonus cash from monster kills.
Did you remember how often you voted correctly? No? Well, too bad.
