They built an ugly city with zillions of closed doors and some total of 5
inhabitants. If there's no content, why bother making 150x150 rooms cities?

Thanks for the rooms tho.
The reason to that is that we're planning to extend the functionality of the
city in the future, and making a bigger city allows us to do so without any
major recoding.
