I have no idea who the hell the DPC is nor do i really care. Whatever the
rather pathetic deal is between these guys, daria , dwilgar and who the fuck
else is involved i and no nonmerchant cares. I CAN say for sure tho, that
nobody should panic about living in RSF. Rsf city is completely safe, and I
and quite a few others will enforce that safety to our fullest capacity. And
I am warning any potential raider or pkillers, to keep your grudges between
the concerned parties, if you dont, there will be trouble more than you
reckoned with.
