To make bit more difference beetween 3 and 5 type mages make skill Absolute
power. (arcane)
Skill would be trainable more when ya have more spesific dam type masteries
trained. 2 masteries 50% would of course give significantly less max to % than
one mastery to 100. That way ya couldnt study all types ya dont use to 50% to
get it higher.
